4. Changes to this Policy

e) Downloading any file posted by another user of Our Site that you know, or reasonably should know, that cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

6. User Content Standards

6.1 The following standards apply to User Content submitted by You to Our Site:

a) User Content must be accurate (where it states facts) and be genuinely held (where it states opinions);

b) User Content must comply with applicable law in The Netherlands and in any country from which it is posted;

c) User Content must not be defamatory of any person, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory, promote sexually explicit material, include child sexual abuse material, promote violence, promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person, be likely to deceive any person, be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence, promote any illegal activity, be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety, be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person, be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person, give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case, advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

7. Suspension and Termination

7.1 We may, at any time, suspend or terminate the provision of all or any part of Our Site:

a) To any User who has, in Our reasonable opinion, breached these Terms or acted in any way inconsistent with the spirit of Our Site;

b) If We have reasonable grounds to believe that the User intends to breach any of these Terms;

c) If We reasonably suspect any User of fraudulent or unlawful activity.
